En la ordenada retícula de un solar urbanizado destacan 116 soportes para acometida. Estos deberían servir para abastecer de agua y luz a 232 hogares pero la única construcción visible es un piso piloto.
Los 116 soportes se han registrado siguiendo un estricto patrón que predetermina el encuadre fijando su posición y tamaño dentro de la imagen. De esta forma la composición de la imágenes se libera del ejercicio de encuadre.
Al presentar las imágenes como un pase de diapositivas, a medida que avanza la secuencia el primer plano se desdibuja en beneficio del fondo y el soporte solo establece la pauta con la que se elabora el registro del lugar.

In the orderly grid of an urbanized lot, 116 supports for service connections stand out. These should serve to supply water and electricity to 232 homes, but the only visible construction is a show apartment.
The 116 supports have been registered following a strict pattern that predetermines the framing by fixing their position and size within the image. In this way the composition of the images is freed from the framing exercise.
By presenting the images as a slideshow, as the sequence progresses the foreground is blurred to the benefit of the background and the support only establishes the pattern with which the registration of the place is elaborated.
